It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Motley of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Joseph of Vanceboro, NC; his siblings, Jennifer Davis (Joe) of Lumberton, NC and Joel Motley (Tami) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his wife Emily Ostrowski Motley of Washington, DC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in laws, and numerous friends.
