He is survived by: his children, James Jenkins Jr.-Taylor (Antoine) and Raicine Askew; his stepsons, Craig Thornton and Charles Thornton; his siblings, Sylvester Bobby, John Jenkins, Peter Jenkins, Martin Jenkins, Pamela Jenkins and Carrie Jenkins; his aunt Angela Clark; and his close friend Tawanna Beyman. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
