It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Cleveland Moore Jr. (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cleveland Moore, Sr. and Carrie Belle Moore. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dr. Rachel A. Jones of Kettering, MD; his children, Adrienne Crutchfield, Curtis Moore, Stephanie Moore, Brittany Moore and Isaiah Moore; his grandchildren, Mariah Turner, Matthew Moore, Cameron Lindsey and Braelyn Moore; and his siblings, Carolyn Moore, Douglas Moore (Estelle) and Dennis Moore (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of loving friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Springdale Community Church (9601 Ardwick Ardmore Rd, Springdale, MD 20774). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
