She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Brooks and Olivia Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Miriam O'Garro, Deborah O'Garro Kelly, Vashti V. O'Garro, Stephanie O'Garro and Crystal O'Garro; and her siblings, Valerie, Michael and Allen. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
