He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Marshall and Vasco Snow Payne. He is survived by: his children, Robert, Marcel and Janet; his granddaughter Maeve; and his siblings, Jean and Wayne. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home - Augusta (721 Crawford Ave, Augusta, GA 30904).
In leu of flowers, it is requested to make a contribution to the Phiziny Swamp Nature Park.
