We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025, at the age of 84, Donna Marie Harvey in Washington, District of Columbia, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Donna Marie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donna Marie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Harvey; her children, MaryAnn Bertucio (Rob) of York, PA, Tisa Lach (Mike) of Pulaski, NY and David Harvey (Cyndi) of Bryson City, NC.; and her grandchildren, Michelle Lach, Cody Lach, Nathan Harvey, Rebecca Harvey and Robbie Bertucio.
