He is survived by : his wife Della Worsley Johnson; his sisters, Brenda Marie Huntley of South Carolina, Denise G. Valentine (Robie) of Dale City, VA, Tammy Young of South Carolina and Tanya Powell of Dale City, VA; and his stepchildren, Angela Knight of Landover, Tina Knight of New Carrollton and Mark Knight of Kettering. He is also survived by grandchildren, Step great-grandchildren, Step great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Baptist Church (712 18th St NE, Washington, DC 20002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
