He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Harper and Mamie Elizabeth Harper; and his son Dayten Rodney Harper. He is survived by: his wife Betty Harper; his sister Rosalie Brown; his children, Roslyn Yarbour (Harold), Loneyette Michael, Tracy Harper, Wendy Harper and Rodney Charles Harper Janey (Tanja); his niece Rosalind (Anthony Kenion); and his grandchildren, Michael Flanagan III, Tyauna Harper, Alayla Michael, Rodney Dawan Janey, Rodney Gantt, Autumn Whittington, Taylor Whittington and Si'ana Harper.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the March Life Tribute Center - Randallstown (5616 Old Court Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244). A wake was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
