She was predeceased by: her husband Jan Rosen; her parents, Mordechai Kujak and Karola Kujak; her brother Moshe Kujak; and her son-in-law Kent Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Williams and Lillian Seidman (Hirsch); her grandchildren, Michael Friedman (Amy), Jaime Costolo (Steve), Cory Williams (Amanda), Ryan Seidman (Alexandra Strayhorn) and Kathryn Seidman; and her great grandchildren, Jake, Colin, Jordan, Ella, Pierce, Hayes and Zeke.
