She was predeceased by: her mother Birdie; her husband William Crowder; her son Christopher Crowder; and her siblings, Helen Kilgore and Robert (Cliff).

She is survived by: her daughters, Ramona Crowder (Las Vegas) and Cynthia Crowder Yates (Joseph) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Malik Crowder and LaJoi Gary; her daughter-in-law Shannon Crowder; and her close friend Peggy Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
