He was predeceased by: his wife Antonia Giallourakis; and his parents, Cosmas Giallourakis and Stamatia Giallourakis. He is survived by: his children, Cosmas Giallourakis, Stamie Despo (Aris) and Christina Giallourakis (Aakash Thakkar); his grandchildren, Alexander (Sigrid) and Orry; his great grandchild Haakon; his nephews, Nick and Greg; his brother Mike; his cousins, Duchess Arfaris, Thea Ypapanti, Manoli and Kathryn; his friends, Alan and Florence Salisbury; his aunt Janie; his son-in-law Aris; and his family, Amorfia Poulos, Alexander, Kiki Despo, Jerry, Zeta Caredis and Major Floyd Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church (2815 36th St NW, Washington, DC 20007). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
