She is survived by: her pets, Spanky and Allie; her siblings, Barbara Johnson (Ruth Gresser), Larry Johnson and Michael Johnson (Robyn Johnson); her sister-in-law Nita Johnson; her friends, Nancy Seeger, Tom and Terry Baker; her nieces and nephews, Tracy Mulroy (Kyle), Kelly Caraballo (Arturo), Michelle Emmons (Lee), Shannon Velten (Brian) and Matthew Johnson (Ashley); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Reece, Laura Mulroy, Isabella, Alex, Olivia Caraballo, Henry Emmons, Connor Velten, Ryan and Luke Johnson; and her cousins, Ken Johnson, Marlene Schatz, Bob Johnson, Rita Meyerhoff and Denise Maack.
The cause of death was COVID-19 which was contracted during a postoperative rehabilitation stay at Manor Care Wheaton.
