She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wiggins Sr. and Dora Phillips Lipscomb. She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Wiggins Sweeney (John) and Falba Purcell; her niece Laverne Wiggins Jackson; her nephew Kenny Ray Wiggins; her cousin Elijah Wiggins; her goddaughter Stene Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Thelma Dennison and Gwendolyn Cole. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
