He is survived by: his parents, Baxter O'Henry Hubbard Sr. and Angela Sandaval Hubbard; his siblings, Olin R. Hubbard of Norfolk, VA, Jordan Hubbard, Jada B. Hubbard and Jayla Hubbard; his grandmother Elena Beatriz Sandoval; and his aunts and uncles, Dolan Hubbard (Ruth), Sharon H. Scotton, Elaine H. Ellis, Iris H. Daughtry, Olivia "Libby" Hubbard, Tangy H. Roseborough (Michael), Henrietta "Rhett" H. Robinson (Bill), Jose Reyes, Gerber Sandoval-Diaz, Rosa M. Sandoval and Claudia Torres Quijano. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martin's Catholic Church (1908 North Capitol St NW, Washington, DC 20002).
