It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Diggs (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Diggs to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda and Raymond "Fuzzy"; her granddaughters, Tyeshia and Lyndsey; and her great grandchildren, L'Nigh, Prestin, JaMarri and Dilian. She is also survived by five brothers and sisters; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 virus a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
