He is survived by: his daughters, Kailyn and Jessie; and his grandchildren, Chase, Luca and Juniper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cummings - Gagne Funeral Home (82 Cliff St, Norwich, CT 06360).
In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory can be made to a food pantry or gently used winter coats to a homeless shelter as this would make him smile.
