She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond A. Gross; her parents, Michael Reynolds and Sarah Reynolds (Dunn); her sisters, Helen Fitzpatrick and Dorothy Valentine; and her niece Judy Valentine.
She is survived by: her children, Lori A. Anderson (Warren) of North Haven, Michael R. Gross of Meriden and Scott B. Gross (Kimberly) of Higganum; her grandchildren, Brian, Katherine, Dylan Gross and Audrey Nielsen; her niece Sally St (Richard); and her great-niece Michelle (Ben).
She was on a relay for life team and enjoyed participating in fund raising for the American Cancer Society.
