It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelley Smith (Woodstock, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Smith; her parents, Jack Hexter and Jean Hexter; her children, Aaron, Justin and Ashley; and her brother Craig Hexter (Tricia) of Michigan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
