He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter F. Prachniak and Rose A. Prachniak (Desautels). He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Prachniak (Manion); his daughters, Jacqueline A. Schold (Gary) of Millbury, Jodi A. Olivier (Laurent) of Somers, CT and Jennifer A. Prachniak of Dudley; and his grandchildren, Tianna and Tyler Schold of Millbury. He is also survived by his special friends and extended family.
