He was predeceased by: his parents, Euclide Cloutier and Rosa Cloutier (Morse); his wife Elizabeth Cloutier (Brouillette); and his son Jeffery Cloutier. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Cloutier Jr. of Woodstock and Renee Rumrill (Kevin) of Woodstock; his siblings, Rosalie Laliberty of Killingly and Robert Cloutier of Seymour; his granddaughters, Stacy Barr of Plainfield and Marissa Rumrill of Webster, MA; and his great grandchild Landyn Barr of Plainfield.
