He was predeceased by: his father Francis Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Signe Stevens of East Woodstock; his siblings, Susan Blackshear (Doyle) of Griswold, Jennifer (John) of Gulf Shores and Scott (Amanda) of Woodstock; and his nieces, Ashton, Abigael and Aylin.

In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice can be made in Mark's name.
