He is survived by: his parents, Charles E. Hazelton and Mary M. Hazelton (Luey); his children, Lee W. Hazelton of Southwick, MA, Scott Hazelton (Krista) of Woodstock, CT and Mark B. Hazelton (Jenny) of Princeton, MA; his grandchildren, Amy, Whitney, Kevan, Erik, Chris and Nina; and his great grandchild Elena.
