He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Holke and Alice Holke. He is survived by: his wife Judy Holke; his daughter Mia Holke Longo; his son-in-law Jon Longo; his grandsons, Dax and Chase Longo; his daughter Misty L. Holke; his grandson David Bearett Holke; his stepson Alec Lopez (Sherri); his grandson Rafe; his stepson Andres Lopez; and his siblings, Daniel, Jay Duteau and Rachel Koebke-Gallant.
