He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Mullen. He is survived by: his parents, David H. and Louise Mullen, II (Saytrup); his wife Phyllis; his son David Mullen, IV; his wife Kerri Mullen of Woodstock; his daughter Jenifer King of Virgina Beach, VA; his siblings, Jon Mullen, Bruce Mullen, Leanne Mullen and Dale Dunfield; and also Daniel Mullen (Kristine) of Willington.
