She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Collins and Carol Whitman of Stonebridge Rd; her grandparents, Raymond Collins (Myrna), Carolyn Turnquaist, Christine Georgio and Mark Fenner of Chaplin; her aunts and uncles, Christopher Collins, Corey Collins, Robert Collins, Toni Eck (Ryan) of Chaplin and Francesca Welch of Chaplin; and her cousins, Anthony, Phoenix Eck of Chaplin, Audriana and Myles Collins.
