He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Benoit of Putnam; his sons-in-law, Allison, Mark Bertorelli (Mary) of Farmington, Dr. David Wilterdink (Heather) of Brooklyn and Daniel Page of Simsbury; his son Keith Phaneuf; his daughter-in-law Jenna Carlesso of Farmington; his granddaughters, Mara and Aerin Bertorelli of Farmington; and his sister Constance Black of East Hartford. He is also survived by his wife, three daughters.
