He was predeceased by: his parents, Alf Konrad Woodstead and Bertha Matilda Woodstead of Brewster, NY.; his siblings, Alfred Donald Woodstead, Harold Alan Woodstead, Bertha Helen Woodstead and Arthur Martin Woodstead; and his former wife Deanna Louise Hockenjos.
He is survived by: his children, Walter S. Woodstead, Jr. of Woodbury, CT, Karen Tolbert of Mitchell, IN, Barbara Tryon of Elizaville, NY and Jeffrey Woodstead of Bridgewater, MA; his brother Kenneth Charles Woodstead of Bedford, NY; and his sister-in-law Lauren Russell of Brevard, NC.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
