Stephen A. Root Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2025, at the age of 71, Stephen A. Root of Woodbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Stephen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Stephen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Claire Anne Root; and his parents, Allan Sanford Root and Elizabeth Rhoades Root of Bethlehem, CT.. He is survived by: his children, Stephen D. Root and Nicole LaBella (Root). He is also survived by his two brothers, sister.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (2 School St, Woodbury, CT 06798).
