He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edward Byers and Margaret Byers (Peggy). He is survived by: his daughter Jaimie Lea Byers (Paul) of Long Island; and his siblings, Edward Byers (Carol) of Milford, Jeanne Hawley (Bob) of Woodbury, CT and Connie Adamski (Tom) of Southbury, CT. He is also survived by nephew and four nieces.
Bob battled many demons in his life including type I diabetes, severe Covid and cancer.
