She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Ruggi; her parents, Francesco DiBona and Maria Antonia DiBona (Cirelli); and her siblings, Nicola, Angelo DiBona, Anna Maria DiBona, Michelina D'Uva, Pasquarela Wass, Antonetta Pericelli, Giovanina Biello and Agatha DiBona.
She is survived by: her daughters, Attorney Angela Juliani of Woodbury and Palmina "Pam" Flanagan (Michael J. Flanagan) of Southbury; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Flanagan of San Francisco, Marra Juliani of San Francisco, Catherine Flanagan of San Francisco, Michael Flanagan Jr. of Auston, TX and James A. Juliani of Boston, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: Due to current restrictions with the COVID-19 Pandemic, all funeral services for Libera are private and at the convenience of her family.
