He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Cole (Bryant); his parents, George A. and Minnie Cole, Sr. (Terrell); his sons, Michael (Linda), David Cole of Naugatuck, Mark Cole (Heidi Murray), Brian and Cori Cole (DeRosa) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Tyler Cole of New Milford, Joshua, Ethan Cole of Spencer, MA, Ashley Cole of Woodbury, Justin Cole of Southbury and Brieanna Gustafson of Woodbury; and his siblings, Melvin (Laurie), Gail (Robert Guiditta) of Woodbury, Carol Hanson (Cole) of Thomaston, Ralph, Glen Cole and Janet Pond (Cole). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
