He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bakewell and Beatrice Bakewell. He is survived by: his wife Marie DiVittorio Bakewell; his sons, Scott Bakewell (Diane) of Watertown, Marc Bakewell (Neysa) of Stratford and Michael Bakewell (Stephanie) of Thomaston; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Caleb, Anthony and Lucy.
