He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Winnifred Doeve-Keetell; his parents, Theodoor Arsih-Keetell and Eliah Arsih-Keetell; and his children, Shirley Keetell-Voolstra, David Keetell, Elizabeth Keetell-Forslund (Erik), Michelle Keetell-Studioso-Mallas (Mike) and Theo Keetell (Stacey). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
