He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Livieri and Albina Montesi; and his siblings, Arthur Livieri, Ida Nicolleli, Mario Livieri and John Livieri.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy T. Livieri; and also, Samuel Livieri Jr. (MaryJo Pojawis) and Sharon Livieri Bloomer Peterson (Howard).
