Sorensen of Woodbridge, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Sorensen, Sr. and Florence Ennis Sorensen-Hunter; his grandson Stephen Wood; and his brothers, Arthur W. Sorensen, Jr., Richard Sorensen and Floyd Hunter, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Hubbell Sorensen; his children, Amy Wood (John) of Frankfort, IL and Christian Sorensen; his daughter-in-law Amy B. Sorensen; his grandchildren, Erin Sorensen and Troy Sorensen (Kayla Ruge); his great grandchild Eleanor Sorensen of Woodbridge; and his sister Wilma Hunter of Charleston, SC..
