He is survived by: his wife Irene Miko Galya; his daughters, Elene Perkowski (Robert) of Milford, Janet, Dianne Urban of Naugatuck and Paula Galya of Coventry; his siblings, Raymond Galya of Virginia and Pauline Moycik (Thomas) of Stratford; his grandchildren, Andrew (Maya), Brian (Melissa) and Jessica (Robbie); and his great grandchildren, Juniper, Arlo, Benjamin and Victoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
