He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Angeline; and his sister Joan Schroeder Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his brother Robert Nastasia (Pigoon) of Meriden; his children, Janis LaLiberte (Emile) of Stratford, CT, John M. Nastasia, III of Meriden, CT and Jill Nastasia of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexander LaLiberte, Tyler, Ryan Nastasia, Anastasia Sperling (Schuyler), Veronica Ruiz, Michael, Jake and Alex FitzSimons; his great grandchildren, Izabella and Azalea Sperling; his niece Cindy (Steve Moore); and also, Marlene Ruiz of Trumbull, CT, Charlotte FitzSimons of Naugatuck, CT and Thomas FitzSimons of Trumbull, CT.
