He was predeceased by: his parents, Alide Desaulniers and Eva Desaulniers (Grenier); and his children, Denis, Donna and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, David Desaulniers (Beverly), Donald Desaulniers (Maria) and Doris Bergamo (Peter) of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Amanda, Brittany, Christopher, Alexandra, David, Randy, Adam, Nicholas, Jay, Stephanie, Valerie, Christian and Katie; and his siblings, Angele Blaise, Roland, Benoit, Loretta Garceau and Gilles.
