It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Soucy (Wolcott, Connecticut), born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Bonnie Soucy and Peter Soucy of Bristol; her friend Gerald Salvio, Jr. (Jerry); her son Aiden Ruxin; her husband Gerald Salvio Jr. of Wethersfield; her sister Katie; her brother-in-law Jason Mordino of Boston, MA; her nieces, Olivia and Eliana; her parents-in-law, Lisa and Gerald Salvio of Newington; her grandmother Jean; and also Christopher. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sarah's most profound trait was her ability to 'show up' and to be present even during difficult times which is what this journey became, coupled with COVID restrictions the mountain Sarah climbed was insurmountable to many.
