He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Normand (Mancini); and his parents, John G. Normand and Mildred C. Normand (Passerelli). He is survived by: his pet Dapper Dan; his daughter Kathy Rocca of Wolcott; his sister Carol McNamara; his grandsons, Mitchell and Andrew Rocca; and his caregiver Amber of Vitas Hospice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
