She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Perrelli of Mary's Hospital; her parents, Sam Blancato and Vincenza Blancato (Cavaliere); and her sister Josephine Sandstrom. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Nancy Perrelli), Donna (David Mader) and Lisa Hoyt; and her grandsons, Eric (Amy Troske), Jason Troske and Allen Hoyt.
