We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2019, at the age of 96, Marga D Phelan (Wolcott, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William J. Phelan, Jr.; and her parents, William Darm and Marta Darm (Weinhold).
