He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Caouette (Amy Lakin), Brittany Caouette and Joseph L. Caouette Jr.; his grandson Dylan Caouette; and his siblings, Richard, Brian Caouette, Patricia Bleau, Rita Legassey and Anne Lindsay. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
