He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Barbara Juraska, Sr. (Puchkoris); his former wife Darlene Carkasio; and his siblings, Vincent, Adolf, Valentine Juraska, Aniceta Juraska and Zita Cortigiano.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Juraska Sr. of Wolcott, John Juraska (Dawn) of Middlebury, Jeffrey Juraska of Arizona, Jeanne Basile (David Dostaler) of Wolcott and Christine Juraska of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Tony Juraska, Jr., Kory Basile (Rosie Alexander), Brittany Clement, Scott Basile, Tyler Juraska, Bradley Boris and David Dostaler; his great grandchildren, Jason, Jionni, Natalia and Gino; his former wife Alice Juraska; his siblings, James "Izzy" Juraska (Shirley) of Port Charlotte, FL, Ruth Liaukaus (Geddes) of West Hartford and Marie Thomas (Ted) of Wolcott; and his brother-in-law Michael Cortigiano of Wolcott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
