He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda L. DiTillo (Jones); his parents, Anthony DiTillo and Mary DiTillo (Tato); and his siblings, Mary Petro, Leonard Mancini, Frances Bednarz, Raymond DiTillo, Joseph DiTillo and June Toole.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi DiTillo Sarlo (Joseph) and Lori DiTillo of Waterbury; and his grandchildren, Sophia Sarlo of Wolcott and Samuel Sarlo of Wolcott.
