It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria P. Atwood of Wolcott, Connecticut, born in Thomaston, Connecticut, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Atwood; and her parents, Walter Haney and Helen Haney (Feeley). She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Soule (Gilbert) of Plymouth, MA, Patricia Kary (John) of Lansdale, PA, Kristine Stuart (Everett), Walter Atwood (Susan), Lorraine Jacques (Bernerd), Pauline Merrick (Hallet) of Danielson, Clayton Atwood and Amy of San Diego, CA; and her brother William Haney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Due to the current pandemic, services and burial in Edgewood Cemetery will be private.
