He is survived by: his daughter Carmen Slebonick (Michael) of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Vanessa Slebonick (Andrew Morrone) of Waterbury and Michael Joseph Slebonick of Wolcott; and his siblings, Pasquale Mancini (Sandra) of Italy and Nicola Mancini (Antonietta) of Wolcott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
