He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Savage Collins. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Collins (Byrnes); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Byrnes (Carolyn) of Waterbury and Martin Byrnes (Christine) of Watertown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
