He is survived by: his wife Michelle Coley (Santopietro); his son Douglas P. Coley III of Wolcott; his stepchildren, David Stasonis of Lake Worth, FL and Amanda Hanson (Richard) of Wolcott; his stepfather Anthony Sterling; his sisters, Amanda and Samanda Posila; his niece Yolanda of New Haven; his mother-in-law Pam Walsh; and his siblings-in-law, Robert (Kelley Santopietro) of Wolcott and Marcie Hamel of Oakville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the current pandemic, services will be private.

If there were to be memorial contributions, Doug would want them to be for Trump 2024.
