She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Kubicza and Alice Kubicza (Mikucka); her spouse Florio D'Amico; her children, James D'Amico, Lucille Shearer and Philip D'Amico; and her grandson Anthony D'Amico.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce D'Amico (Sandy) of Waterbury, VT, Judy May (Bill) of Middlesex, VT and Rose Pelchuck (Greg) of Calais, VT.; and her grandchildren, Sandra, Michael E., Jeffrey, Rebecca, Michael, Robert, Marc, Brian, Shannon, Danielle and Vincent. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and 14 great- great grandchildren.
